Admissions Arrangements for Entry in September 2025

Applications for admission to Pyrford Church of England Primary School are made under Surrey County Council's co-ordinated admissions scheme. The Council expects applicants to apply online. The closing date was 15th January 2025. To find all the information you need on admissions, please visit the website  https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools/admissions

The determined admissions arrangements for 2025/26 can be found below

If you wish your application to be considered under criterion 3 of the policy (children of staff employed by the school) you will need to complete the staff Supplementary Information Form above and return it to the school (not Surrey).

If you wish your application to be considered under criteria 6 or 8 of the policy (church membership and attendance) you will need to complete the church Supplementary Information Form above and return it to the school (not Surrey).

In-Year Admissions

Our Admissions Policy for the 2024/25 academic year can be found below. The Supplementary Information Forms (staff / church attendance) should be used if necessary.

If you wish to apply for admission for any year group you should complete an In-Year Application Form (IYA-SMA) and return it directly to the school, together with either of the supplementary information forms (above) if applicable. The Guidance Notes will assist you in completing the form.
